Our ingredients are produced and analyzed in Italy in our factory in Fiorenzuola d’Arda. It allows us to follow first hand all the stages concerning the realization of the products, combining quality to a high manufacturing flexibility
We favour raw materials of Italian origin from sustainable cultivation. This allows us to guarantee the quality and traceability of the supply chain, as well as the respect for biodiversity.
We return to our suppliers high-density polyethylene (HDPE) packaging that contains the raw materials we use, encouraging packaging recycling therefore reducing environmental impact.
We have installed on the roof a photovoltaic system that supports a large part of our energy needs ,while for the remaining part we rely on a supplier of light and gas 100% green from renewable sources. In 2010 we founded the company Fiorenergia active in the field of electric utilities from solar sources.
We treat waste water through a sequential batch reactor system (SBR-Sequencing Batch Reactor) that can follow the entire purification cycle, that is, the biological oxidation phase by aerobic bacteria and for the final sedimentation within a single compartment according to operating cycles one after the other.
Organic waste from our production are collected and discarded through two different plants: the first one allow the recovery of the organic fraction as a composto of quality to fertilize agricultural soils, while the second one transforms it into biogas for the subsequent production of biomethane.
The packages that contain our ingredients are made of easily separable materials and are free from secondary packaging to facilitate disposal and recycling.
